Zippered + Storage Series - For workout enthusiasts who need to accommodate their phone with its protective case and still have room to store keys, ID, energy gels, chapstick, and more! Fits phones from 5.0" - 7.0" tall (depending on model) and multiple strap lengths. Relevant models: i-10, i-30, i-35, i-40, and i-40 Plus.

Our armbands come in Small, Medium, and Large straps. The Small fits arms 7-10" (18-28 cm) around, the Medium fits arms 10-15" (25-38 cm) around, and the Large fits arms 13-18" (33-45 cm) around.

On the cusp of two different sizes? If you plan on using your armband on your bare arm, we'd recommend erring on the smaller size to ensure a consistently tight fit. If, however, you tend to wear layers throughout the seasons and need a little wiggle room for those days you'll need heavier clothing, we recommend going with the larger size. 

Our largest armband strap size fits arms up to 18" (45 cm) around. If your arms are larger than this, the strap extender will add another 6" (15 cm) to the strap length.

The strap extender is also useful if you plan to wear your Armpocket in different ways or with varying layers of clothing. The strap extender allows you to switch your Armpocket from forearm to bicep with ease and adds length when you need your Armpocket to fit over your winter running gear! 

To use a phone armband from Armpocket, you simply strap it onto your arm before you head out for a run, ride or walk. Our armbands are made with a sport Velcro closure and have adjustable straps, some of which come in multiple sizes for the perfect fit. Simply strap the armband to your arm and adjust it as needed so it snugly hugs your arm and stays put while you're active. You can use both wired and wireless headphones with Armpocket armbands. If you want to use a wired pair, be sure to select a style with audio port access.

All Armpocket products have been laboratory tested and awarded an IPX4 rating, meaning the contents will be protected against exterior moisture like rain, splashing, and mud. Each unit is engineered with an internal waterproof barrier to prevent moisture from penetrating into the interior compartment(s).

Yes! And we actually recommend it to prevent zippers from sticking or freezing and to extend the life of your armband.

Follow our washing instructions to keep your Armpocket in tip-top shape! Our Elite series with zippers, like the Mega i-40, Mega i-40 Plus, Ultra i-35, Armpocket X, and Armpocket X Plus are machine washable (cold water, line dry). For the Racer Series and fully Reflective series, we recommend hand washing with cold water, line dry. For the Flash series, we recommend light spot cleaning only due to the electrical and battery components.

Wash your armband regularly to remove excess salt from sweat and the environment that can gum up zippers and stiffen the fabric. It's always best practice to clean your armband right after a workout and refrain from letting an unwashed armband sit out for long periods of time between uses.

No. We offer our products in small, medium and large strap lengths as well as a strap extender to ensure the proper fit. Plus, the combination of our patented wing design with memory foam allows it to conform to your arm, ensuring a comfortable, no-slip fit.

All Armpocket armbands are highly water-resistant with a military water resistance rating of IPX4, meaning your phone is protected from splashing water in any direction. Rain, sweat, and splashes are no match for an Armpocket! If you are a water sport aficionado and need an armband that can be submerged, or you need some extra protection near a pool or beach, our 100% waterproof Aqua model may be the one for you!

Armpocket does not use latex in any armbands.

By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying an additional fee of $1.00, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or be reimbursed.

If your package was marked "delivered" but not received, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days to file your claim.

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last tracking checkpoint update.

To file a claim, contact us with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you right away to help resolve the issue.

If you declined Package Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier.

We want you to achieve 100% happiness with your Armpocket experience. We encourage you to give it a test run and if you don’t completely love it, easily return it within 30 days of purchase.

If you have not received your package, please let us know within 5 days of reported "delivered" status on the tracking. We are unable to replace items lost in transit if they are not reported promptly.

EASY EXCHANGES

We will happily exchange a product to another size, color, or model within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact the Armpocket team at sales@armpocket.com for assistance and to obtain an RMA number. A new order will be placed and you will be charged the purchase price for the item(s) included on the exchange order. We offer free standard shipping on the exchange orders shipped to the U.S. We'll provide a return label for domestic orders and once we receive your return, we will credit you the cost of the original item(s), less a $4.50 fee to cover return shipping costs. Not applicable on orders shipped to international destinations.

REFUNDS

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, contact the Armpocket team at sales@armpocket.com within 30 days of purchase date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds are available up to 30 days after purchase date and a shipping label will be provided for domestic orders. A $4.50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. Returns requested within the 30-day return policy window but not sent back within 45 days from purchase date will receive store credit only.

The Armpocket Offices are located in Ohio. Inclement weather can be cause for office closures and delayed shipping. In the event of a hurricane, we will be safe and dry with our families, so order processing may be delayed slightly. Face ID is arguably the most talked about feature of the iPhone X and newer models. Apple has made it more efficient and secure than Touch ID. However, there are situations when you may have to temporarily disable Face ID on your iPhone X or newer iPhone.

How to turn off Face ID

• Open the Settings app.
• Scroll down and select Face ID & Passcode
• Select Use Face ID
• Click the on/off switch to disable iPhone Unlock.

AssistiveTouch is the home button workaround and it allows you to access your home screen and other gestures without using the home button and also works for previous generation iPhones that updated to iOS10 or newer. 

How to turn on AssistiveTouch

• Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch, then turn on AssistiveTouch.
• When you turn on AssistiveTouch, you’ll see the AssistiveTouch Circle on your screen (you can drag the AssistiveTouch Circle to any edge of the screen, then tap the Circle to open AssistiveTouch Menu).
• Once AssistiveTouch is turned on you will need to push the side power button to turn on the screen, when used inside an Armpocket.
• Once power button is pushed you’ll see the AssistiveTouch ( the circle appears), Tap on the circle.
• After tapping the circle icon, AssistiveTouch menu comes up, tap on the home icon, and the passcode screen will come up to unlock your phone.

• Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode (On devices without Touch ID, go to Settings > Passcode).
• Turn Passcode Off: Tap this option to turn off your passcode
