Years ago I tried what looked like the best armband for the iPhone I could find (can't recall the maker) - it was terrible and I ended up chucking it in the trash.
The ArmPocket is a totally different story. Immediately it was easy to use, comfortable, and really feels secure on my arm without being too tight. I use it for walking, but more important it helps out at home as well to keep my phone nearby me (instead of stuffing it into my pants pocket).
